an ode to knee socks

Knee socks, you special little things, you.  I wait and wait for the day where its appropriate to sport you around town.  Oh and boots with zippers and sweaters with flowers that tickle your neck.  Life is beautiful.

Madewell Monday

I'd never been in a Madewell before today and have been forever curious about their aesthetic.  One of the perks of now working in Georgetown is being surrounded by millions of stores I usually don't bother checking out.  It turns out wandering around stores I cannot afford to shop in can be very inspirational!
